    Yes. Andrew guides first-time buyers through every step — pre-approval, neighbourhood research, viewings, offers, financing milestones, inspection, and closing — and connects them with vetted mortgage brokers, lawyers, and inspectors.

    Pre-construction means buying a home from the builder before it is finished, typically with a deposit schedule and a possession date months or years out. Resale means buying an existing, completed home with a faster closing. Andrew works on both and helps buyers compare risk, price, customization, and timing.

    In Alberta, the buyer’s agent commission is typically paid by the seller out of the sale proceeds, so most buyers do not pay Andrew directly. Any exceptions are disclosed in a written Buyer Representation Agreement before you start viewing homes.
